We can! You can purchase your items through the “Buy for Me” option on your shopping list. Please note that all sales are final when purchased through Laurel & Wolf. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly ordered, we will be more than happy to process an exchange.
Our policy is to use the original price of each item being purchased on our invoices. Unfortunately, we cannot predict if/when some retailers will host special flash sales so we are unable to accommodate special sale pricing within the “Buy for Me” program. It’s simple! Select the items you want us to purchase for you on your Shopping List and checkout using your Buy for Me shopping cart. You’ll be asked to fill out your shipping information and provide any delivery instructions. Once you click Submit, our Client Services team will receive an email with a list of your items. They will then email you an invoice which will include tax and shipping/handling. You can click the link in the email to pay for your items and upon receiving payment, our team will purchase and ship the items to you.

We understand that design is very personal. If you launched a project with us and have not selected a winning designer yet, you can initiate a refund by contacting [email protected]. In order to process your refund, we’ll need to speak on the phone about the designs you received.
For Light Packages, because you are matched with a designer from the start, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your designer’s first design board in order to be eligible for a refund.
